His efforts on behalf of the Panama Canal treaties earned commendations from President Jimmy Carter and Secretary of State Cyrus Vance. His career has included service on congressional staffs in the U.S. House of Representatives, positions in state and city government in Oregon, and two bestselling books about Washington, DC politics. His published work has appeared in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Dallas Morning News, and many other publications.
Connor Jackley is the chief technology officer of TravelPanamaNews. His skills include web design, programming, marketing and video editing. He has already had several successful small business ventures and has traveled to Panama City and Bocas del Toro; in Panama City, he has toured Quarry Heights, Casco Viejo, Miraflores Locks, the Amador Causeway and many other locations.
